Pricing Policy - All our hub cap & wheel covers are used unless otherwise specified.

Good Condition - describes a used wheel cover with minimal wear and light if any scratches to outer edge. (pretty good shape)
Fair Condition - describes a used wheel cover that is structurally sound but has cosmetic wear, curb scuffs, scratches etc. to the outer edge. (not great but looks better than a bare wheel)
