Here's how the Hubcap House store works:
|How to shop:|
1. Browse through the store until you find the item you
want to buy, then click on BUY. This will
to place it in your Shopping Cart and bring you to the Shopping Cart page.
You can cancel your order at

| Ordering is simple and fast and safe. - Secure server
is used for safe credit card transmission.
To complete your order, click on the Order icon while on the Shopping Cart page, complete the all of the requested information on the Order Form, making sure to include your e-mail address and phone number, and submit order.
Your order will be automatically entered and a verification copy of your order (minus all credit card information) will be e-mailed to you.
Please Note: The Hubcap House, at its sole discretion, may reject any order. You will be notified in this event.
We will make every effort to ship your order within 1-2 days. However, we do occasionally experience spot shortages on certain makes and models. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
|Our on-line shopping system uses secure servers to protect your personal and credit card information. However, If you prefer not to place your order on-line, you may order by calling 860-350-9044 from 8:00AM to 6:00PM EST or faxing to 860-355-7736 at any time. It is suggested that you complete and print out the Shopping Cart page and the Order Information page and use them while calling or fax them to us. That way all the information we need will be available and you will have a record of your order.|

|We offer SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology in our ordering system. This procedure makes your account information unreadable from the time your order is submitted until the time it reaches us. To determine whether you are on a secure page in Netscape 3.0, look to see if the gold key in the lower left corner of the browser is connected and the blue background is highlighted. In Netscape 4.0 and Internet Explorer, you will see a padlock icon in the lower left and right corner respectively. If it is locked you are on a secure page.|
|Every effort is made to ensure that you are happy with your order. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the Hubcap House store, we will exchange the item or reverse your credit card charges for the returned merchandise. Please read below for instructions on how to return an item to us.|
| Please make sure your personalized order is complete
and without errors. All orders are processed as they are received. We are not
responsible for any incorrect names, Web addresses, e-mail addresses or words.
For defects in workmanship call 860-350-9044 from 8:00AM to 6:00PM EST for a return authorization. No items may be returned without a return authorization. We will immediately repair or replace your item(s) and return them to you. If you are not satisfied with an item, return it to us within 30-days for a prompt refund or exchange. Shipping costs to return products is the responsibility of the purchaser.
A Re-stocking fee of 10% applies to merchandise that is returned.
